interactions. From 1993-post-doct in Oxford, and there started to work
also on the field of Quantum Information.
In 1997-1998 post-doct in Paris (Saclay) and got interested on the field
of Cold Gases and Bose-Einstein Condensate. Since 1998 working in the
Theoretical Group of Quantum Optics at the University of Hannover, with

I want to present the study we did on the secrecy properties
of Gaussian states under Gaussian operations. Although such operations are
useless for quantum distillation, we proved that it is possible to distill
a secret key secure against any attack from sufficiently entangled Gaussian
states with non-positive partial transposition. Moreover, all such states
allow for key distillation, when Eve is assumed to perform finite-size coherent
attacks before the reconciliation process (quant-ph/0405047). |
