Abstract

We presente some recent results on the theory of entanglement in continuous-variable systems. We first analyze the relationships holding between bipartite entanglement and mixedness for generic two-mode Gaussian states, and we then move on to consider the sharing, scaling and localization structures of entanglement for multimode Gaussian states. We finally discuss the operational significance of multipartite entanglement in the context of continuous-variable teleportation.
